Paid Advertisements now available in Shopping Gazebo.

Dear Shopping Gazebo readers,

We now provide spaces for paid advertisements (hooray!).

We apologize to blogshop owners of the delay on our part. We finally managed to find time in taking steps so that you can advertise in Shopping Gazebo.

So here are the simple rules (a-must-read):

1.0 General: First come first serve basis (whoever can make the paymet first will get the slot (or space; terms used interchangeably);

1.1 To avoid back-outs, we require full payment before reservation can be made to the desired slot. Once payment is received, your advertisement will appear in the particular slot;

1.2 Once the desired slot is confirmed, please take necessary actions so that your advertisement will fit perfectly in the slot;

2.0 Content: The content of your advertisement must be appropriate. We have the right to terminate the term without prior notice should we find that the contents are not suitable. Balance of days cannot be claimed and payment made is not refundable;

3.0 Rates and slots: We have the right to increase/decrease the rates and number of advertisement spaces in Shopping Gazebo;

4.0 System: Due to limited spaces in Shopping Gazebo, rotation system will be done:-

• each blogshop has a maximum of one (1) month term only to advertise in the particular slot;
• after which the blogshop has to give way to other shops to advertise in the said slot;
• however, after the term of the second blogshop has ended, the first blogshop may email us again to advertise (subject to availability and first come first serve basis);
• there will be no extension whatsoever;
• one (1) week's notice will be made public as to the availability of the next term;

Scenario:

• Blogshop A advertised for a month in slot A;
• Blogshop A's term ended;
• Slot A is available;
• Blogshop B will get the chance to advertise in slot A for a month;
• Blogshop B's term ended;
• Slot A is available again to Blogshop A and other blogshops (except blogshop B) - again, first come first serve basis.

5.0 Term of advertisement: Our term goes by either 2 weeks (14 days); or a month (31 days) only of which blogshops are free to choose between the two terms;

5.1 The term starts from either the 1st of every month OR 15th of every month only;

5.2 Availability of advertisement slots will be made known on the 25th (for the term that starts on the 1st) and 8th (for the term that starts on the 15th) of every month;

6.0 Termination of term: Ending your term prior to the agreed date is possible. However, a termination fee of RM 4 will be deducted;

7.0 We have the right to change these rules when the need arises.

8.0 In you advertising with us, you have agreed to our rules.

So what are the rates?

a) 428 x 75 Ad Space (next to "Shopping Gazebo"):

RM 30 (2 weeks; 14 days); or

RM 55 (a month);

b) 728 x 90 Ad Space (below "Google search"; the top most slot):

RM 25 (2 weeks; 14 days); or

RM 45 (a month);

c) 728 x 90 Ad Space (below "Google search"; the 2nd slot):

RM 25 (2 weeks; 14 days); or

RM 45 (a month);

d) 300 x 250 Ad Space (below "the Rules"; the top most slot):

RM 20 (2 weeks;); or

RM 35 (a month);

e) 300 x 250 Ad Space (below "the Rules"; the 2nd slot):

RM 20 (2 weeks; 14 days); or

RM 35 (a month);

f) 300 x 250 Ad Space (below "the Rules"; the 3rd slot):

RM 20 (2 weeks; 14 days); or

RM 35 (a month);

g) 120 x 200 Ad Space (below "Comments only"; the top slot):

RM 15 (2 weeks; 14 days); or

RM 25 (a month);

h) 120 x 200 Ad Space (below "Comments only"; the second slot):

RM 15 (2 weeks; 14 days); or

RM 25 (a month);

i) 120 x 200 Ad Space (below "Blogshop Ads"; the top slot):

RM 15 (2 weeks; 14 days); or

7 DAYS TRIAL PERIOD FOR ONLY RM 5 FOR ANY SLOT.

(trial period runs from 24th July 2009 - 30th July 2009)

OFFICIAL TERM STARTS on 1ST AUGUST 2009.
